Maybe someone should explain what “driving with the top down” usually means. Video of a woman cruising down a busy Buenos Aires highway with her breasts fully exposed as she bounces along to the song “Loquita” – slang for “crazy little lady” -- has gone viral after being posted to WhatsApp. See the video at The Sun According to The Sun, the unidentified woman was on her way home from an all-night party when she pulled down her shirt and used a camera phone to capture the moment, apparently unaware that local laws prohibit the use of hand held devices while driving.
