Aid workers 'in shock' over Syria attack

20 September 2016 Last updated at 13:58 BST Stephen Ryan from The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement says the organisation is in shock following an attack on an aid convoy in Syria. He repeated his call for continued humanitarian access to the country, whether there is a ceasefire or not.
