'People were well aware' of attacked convoy

20 September 2016 Last updated at 14:40 BST The Syrian Red Crescent says that armed forces were "well aware" of the location of the aid convoy reported to be hit by an air strike outside Aleppo. The organisations Stephen Ryan told Martha Kearney on BBC Radio 4s The World at One that it was too early to say who was responsible.
